Affiliate Marketing Rules

These Marketing Rules form part of the BAYOUPEP USA Affiliate Program Agreement. They set out how you may and may not promote BAYOUPEP USA. Breaking them may result in withheld commission and immediate removal from the programme.

1. The rule that matters most

BAYOUPEP USA products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. In every piece of content you produce, you must never:

• state or imply that a product is for human or animal consumption;
• state or imply that a product is for personal use;
• describe dosages, cycles, administration methods or protocols for people or animals;
• claim that a product treats, prevents, cures, diagnoses or improves any condition;
• make any performance, physique, weight-loss, anti-ageing or wellbeing claim; or
• present a product as a supplement, medicine, drug or food.

If you are unsure whether something crosses this line, do not publish it. Ask us first.

2. Be honest

Everything you say about us must be accurate and capable of being substantiated. Do not invent results, testimonials, reviews, certifications or endorsements. Do not misrepresent pricing, availability, shipping times or the terms of any promotion. Do not use third-party trade marks or content you do not have the right to use.

3. Disclose that you earn commission

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote us, in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides and any equivalent rules that apply to you. The disclosure must be visible without the reader having to click, expand or scroll to find it.

4. Where you may not promote us

You must not promote BAYOUPEP USA:

• through unsolicited email, SMS or messaging of any kind;
• through automated posting, bots, or bulk comment or forum posting;
• on sites containing adult, hateful, violent, illegal or discriminatory content;
• on sites aimed at, or likely to appeal to, people under 18;
• through pop-unders, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, iframes or any technique that sets a referral cookie without a genuine click; or
• through malware, extensions or toolbars that inject or overwrite affiliate links.

5. Paid advertising

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing, you must not:

• bid on “BAYOUPEP”, “BAYOUPEP USA”, or variations and misspellings of them, in any paid search platform;
• use our brand name in ad copy, display URLs or landing page domains; or
• direct paid traffic straight to our website — paid traffic must land on your own content first.

6. Do not undercut or impersonate us

You must not present yourself as BAYOUPEP USA or as an employee or official representative. You must not operate a site, page or account that could be mistaken for an official BAYOUPEP USA channel. You must not publish discount codes we have not issued to you, or list our products on marketplaces or resale platforms.

7. Your own compliance

You are responsible for complying with all advertising, consumer protection, privacy and marketing laws that apply to you and to your audience, including any rules specific to research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

8. If you break these rules

Depending on the seriousness of the breach we may ask you to correct the content, withhold affected commission, suspend your account, or terminate your participation immediately and permanently. Where a breach exposes us to legal or regulatory risk, we will normally terminate without warning.
